Bloom Daily is open to the whole F&B industry, not only coffee roasters. This guide covers everything from applying to getting paid. The formal rules are in the Seller Terms.

Who Can Sell

When you apply you pick the type of business that fits you best. It decides which kinds of product your store can list.

F&B supplies means café consumables such as cups, lids, packaging and cleaning products. Bloom Daily can add another product type to your store when it approves you, if your range needs it.

How to Apply

Every application is reviewed by Bloom Daily before any store goes live.

  1. Go to bloomdaily.io/sell, or tap Sell on Bloom Daily at the bottom of bloomdaily.io.
  2. Fill in the required fields: business name, type of business, what you would sell (for example "6 single-origin coffees, 250g and 1kg"), your name, phone / WhatsApp number, and your email address. Use an email you check often — it becomes your seller sign-in.
  3. Add the optional details if you have them: city / state, SSM registration number, website / Instagram / Shopee link, and anything else we should know.
  4. Tick the box confirming you understand the 8% commission and that every application is reviewed.
  5. Submit. Bloom Daily emails you once your application is approved or declined.

A declined application is not final — you are welcome to apply again later.

After Approval: Set Up Your Store

Your approval email is titled "Welcome to Bloom Daily - your seller account is ready" and has a Sign in to your seller portal button.

  1. Sign in at the seller portal with the email you applied with. There is no password: we email you a one-time code each time, and a sign-in lasts 12 hours.
  2. Open Store settings and add what customers will see: your logo (square, at least 400×400, PNG / JPG / WebP, up to 3 MB — it appears on your store page and in the Our Sellers strip on the home page), a store photo, a tagline, and a short and long description of your business.
  3. On the same page, add the private details only Bloom Daily sees: contact email, phone / WhatsApp and your courier pickup address.
  4. Add your payout bank account in Store settings (private). Your monthly payout goes to this account.
  5. Open Products and add your range: name, photo, prices and details. For a new store, Bloom Daily checks your first products before they go live (usually within a working day); after that, new products appear on bloomdaily.io straight away.
  6. Open Stock and set quantities. Tick Track on a product to have the shop mark it sold out at 0 and count down automatically as orders are paid; leave it unticked for unlimited stock.

Orders and Shipping

You pack and ship; Bloom Daily handles the customer, the payment and the courier label.

  1. A customer pays on bloomdaily.io by card, FPX, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go or DuitNow. Bloom Daily notifies you on WhatsApp, using the phone number in your Store settings.
  2. Open Orders in your portal. You see only your own items in each order, with the delivery details you need to ship them.
  3. Bloom Daily issues the courier AWB (shipping label) to you. Pack the order and hand it to the courier from your pickup address.
  4. Update the status as you go: Confirmed → Roasting → Shipped → Delivered. Add the tracking number when you mark it Shipped. The customer sees the status on their order tracking page.

If an order has items from more than one seller, the customer sees the status of the least-advanced seller, so update yours promptly.
