Custom Espresso Blends, Cut to Your Recipe
A wholesale blend has a harder job than a retail bag: it has to hold its shape through milk, survive a busy bar, and taste the same in March as it did in January. The roasters build espresso blends to a brief rather than selling a fixed catalogue product — you bring the drink it has to work in, the roast level you want, and the flavour direction, and the blend is cut to sit correctly on your grinder and machine.
Dialling in is part of the handover. A free 250 g sample goes out on a first enquiry, before any commitment, so the coffee can be tested on your own setup at your own dose and yield instead of on a roastery’s bench.
